Being charged with drunk driving in California for the first time can be a very scary experience and one that comes with some pretty harsh consequences. Even so, being charged with drunk driving for the second, third, fourth, etc. time is worse and often results in extremely more detrimental penalties being imposed.

We possess a vast amount of experience handling all kinds of DUI cases and can help to minimize the consequences that you face when charged with a second, third, fourth, or more drunk-driving offense. Below is a list of some of the penalties that are imposed against multiple DUI offenders.
